A Message from the CEO

Dear Lawson Colleagues and Lawson Community:

A company of our size needs rules and guidelines that, if followed consistently, will help us keep out of trouble. The Lawson Global Business Code of Conduct describes not only how we should behave in order to comply with applicable laws, but also how we should get things done and interact with one another -- who is responsible for what, who has what level of authority, and who can speak on behalf of the company and disclose certain information. This Code of Conduct exists alongside local applicable laws, which may apply to your activities.

This document continues to be revised as our company grows and new policies become appropriate. Therefore, it is important that you not rely on your memory of the Code of Conduct to determine the appropriate behavior. We expect that everyone will read and become familiar with the requirements outlined in this document and comply with the rules and guidelines set out herein -- and that you will do so at least every year.

This Code of Conduct applies to all Lawson employees worldwide, and to all Lawson consultants, independent contractors, business partners and our other representatives in the Lawson community worldwide. Violation of this Code of Conduct is a serious matter and may result in legal ramifications for you and Lawson. If you have questions or need further guidance, please discuss them with your manager.
